Shipping Policy |
We ship worldwide via FedEx or USPS, to virtually any address in the world. If you'd like your order to be shipped by a different carrier please contact us. All items in our store are brand new with original package and always inspected prior to shipment. We do quality checks on all packages before shipping. All items are carefully packed. The international customer is responsible for all custom taxes.
1. Calculating Shipping Cost
We ship all orders via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). The USPS quotes include shipping insurance. Otherwise, the shipping costs depend on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart. We always combine shipping for multiple items.
2. Insurance
The USPS shipping quotes include USPS insurance. For FedEx services we can't display online insurance quotes. If you need insurance for your FedEx package please contact us.
3. Delivery Time
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing after PromenadeWatches receives your payment. The delivery time varies according to the shipping method selected, destination, and season. Items are shipped from California, USA, and from our experience, it will take about one to two weeks for delivery to an European or Asian address. Packages may also be delayed further at times due to circumstances beyond our control in the postal system. We are not able to predict exactly when a package will arrive as the delivery time is dependent on many factors, such as the efficiency of the postal system in the various countries.
4. Tracking Information
We provide tracking info and shipping status for every package. You can track your package online via carrier's website. Please note: Tracking info is updated throughout the day, but most data is transmitted in the afternoon or evening. For example, if we mailed your package at 10:02 a.m., you might not be able to view tracking information until the next day.

Payment Methods |
PromenadeWatches allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please allow u1-3 business days for order processing. Once the order is processed, we immediately prepare the item for shipping. We will charge 8.25% tax for all orders from California State. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all custom taxes.
1. Credit Cards, Debit or Check Cards
    
PromenadeWatches accepts all major credit cards. You may pay by credit, debit or check card. In a secured enviroment (via SSL), your card information is automatically submitted for verification to the PayPal Pro Payment Virtual Terminal. The card information is not kept on file or in our database. This method is fast and secure. Also, it doesn't require a PayPal account.

2. PayPal
We accept PayPal payments. PromenadeWatches.com is a PayPal Verified Member. During checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you will make the payment. After the payment is completed will be redirected back to our site, otherwise, we will receive your payment but not your order. Thank you!

3. Google Checkout

PromenadeWatches is a member of the Google Checkout system but we have a hard time implementing it into our site since our shopping cart version is not fully compatible with Google Checkout. Our technicians are working on it. Meantime, if you'd like to pay with Google Checkout, please let us know and we will insert a "Buy Now - Google Checkout" button just for that product. 4. Money Order
PromenadeWatches accepts money orders as valid form of payment. The money order must be payable to PromenadeWatches.com and include your web order number. Please mail your payment and a copy of your order acknowledgment to:

Return Policy |
We guarantee that you will like what you buy .
- You have to inform us at sales@promenadewatches.com within 30 days of receipt of goods if you intend to return it.
- If you are not satisfied with a purchased item,you may return it within 30 calendar days of shipping date for a refund minus shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee of the full order amount.
- Please include the invoice in your return package, marking the items that you would like a refund for.
- Items must be unused and in the original brand-new condition.
- The shipping charges are covered by the refund policy if the order was shipped under a free shipping promotion.
- Refunds will be rejected for damaged or abused goods.

International and Special Orders |
Some select watches and international orders may be considered a “special order” and subject to a limited return policy. “Special Orders” may be watches that we do not have in our warehouse or watches that we do not have on our website and need to be custom ordered from our distributor. Generally, the special ordered watches, subject to return policy limitations, have a sale price of over $4000, the return of these watches will have restocking fees and/or final sale policies unless agreed by our staff.
All online international orders are verified. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by one of our representatives. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be considerably delayed. If your order is not approved you will be notified of your cancelled order status via email.
You will be notified if your watch ordered is considered to be a “special order” prior to shipping out of our warehouse. Any return policy limitations to your order will be reviewed and agreed upon before shipping. The international customer is responsible for all custom taxes.
